A message-ID ledger captures all 225 current Discord search results for after 2026-07-01 and before 2026-08-12 (actual span 2026-07-03 through 2026-08-11), including 50 current edit timestamps. All 20 referenced attachments are frozen with SHA-256 hashes. The typed correlation ledger preserves 186 X status ids: 162 matched bookmarks and 24 Discord-only sources. Exact review receipts closed 731 previously pending Discord units covering 820 source identities: 719 units integrated and 12 are final held decisions for nine unavailable bodies, one system pin, and two private-logistics messages. Earlier partial snapshots remain replayable; Discord web search still cannot recover deleted messages or pre-edit revisions.

1,949 retained records are content-addressed and have final structured decisions: 1,928 belong to the active snapshot and 21 are preserved historical records. One unavailable or truncated X Article body remains explicit rather than guessed. All 1,264 media-bearing records have local frozen artifacts (3,035 files); the exact artifact audit reports zero pending manual, visual, source, or media-repair lanes, and the durable deep queue is zero. Thirty-six records retain explicit enrichment errors as acquisition metadata rather than hidden completeness claims.

Provider-aware private indexing covers 546 parent conversations and 2,799 total Codex, Cursor, and Claude traces present from 2026-07-20 onward. Contract v4 preserves 155,761 message identities across 5,369 replayed traces plus content-bound session snapshots. Exact receipts closed all 538 previously pending lineages and folded reusable learning into stable owners; ten recently changing or active traces remain pending replay. Remote-only/deleted and earlier history, full Cursor chat stores, inaccessible tool/attachment payloads, and authorized provider exports remain explicit acquisition gaps.

Live collection remains blocked until SLACK_READ_TOKEN and the exact declared scopes are configured.

It does not record, transcribe, infer speakers, publish, or mutate wiki owners. Live import remains blocked until VOICE_CALL_EXPORT_PATH and VOICE_CALL_CONSENT_ATTESTATION are deliberately configured.
